Contingent Labour Rate Card Administrator - 12 Months - PRESTON - £23.65 p/h UMB or £18.19 p/h PAYE (Inside IR35)
The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e., the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
This role requires you to obtain a basic disclosure along with employment reference checks before starting.
The Role:
This will include managing the end-to-end procurement process for all resourcing requirements within your remit. There will be involvement at all stages of the project life-cycle including governance, demand management, sourcing and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely within the rate card team to triage, manage and resolve queries sent to the contingent labour rate card mailbox
- Conduct market intelligence across the UK Contingent Labour agencies to inform business decisions and rates aligned to market factors
- Support major rate card updates aligned to internal and external market dependencies
- Support the UK Rebate process on a quarterly basis, reviewing spend, appropriate deductions and invoicing
- Support the alignment across the contingent labour category to standardise the rate card service offering
- Support the team in process mapping and documenting change requirements
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Highly organised with the ability to manage high volume of queries within a service level agreement
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programmes, most importantly Excel. Demonstrated experience will be required for interview.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of service industry including contingent labour
