Introduction

• Our client is looking for Planning Officer to join a busy team on a contract basis.

IR35 status:

• Inside IR35

Pay rate

• £37-£40 per hour

Job Description

Devon.

• 6 month initial contract
• Householder and minor applications
• 37 hours per week
• Office attendance once every fortnight

Working conditions / environment:

• Hybrid/flexible working
• Site visits when required
• Communicating feedback to the general public.
• Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
• Laptop will be provided.
