IT Services Delivery Manager
What will I be doing?
Working in a dynamic environment the IT Services Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical delivery of change for applications and platforms within our IT estate. The role works closely with business teams, architects, business analysts and portfolio to deliver IT Change that meets the needs of projects and programmes within our enterprise portfolio.
This also includes overseeing product teams that manage the continuous improvement of existing products and services and working with third party suppliers to manage and coordinate external delivery.
The In-flight Retail Technology team is responsible for the applications and third-party relationships that support our In-flight retail business.
You will be the actively involved in small to complex changes covering the flow of flight, scheduling data to the retail logistics partner, on-board epos, closed-loop Wi-Fi, and pre-order capability for our customers.
In conjunction with third-party providers, the team manage the overall scope of our IT delivery for In-flight retail, including technology and lifecycle management, service & change management, and support.

✅ Proven track record delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and with top-notch quality
✅ End-to-end IT Software/IT Systems Program Delivery expertise
✅ Strong experience collaborating with Architecture, Development, Test, and Infrastructure teams for big-league technical changes
✅ Stellar communication skills and the knack for building relationships with various stakeholders and third-party suppliers
✅ Have the presence to challenge the status quo effectively
✅ Ability to grasp and question architecture and implementation when necessary
✅ Expertise in translating complex technical concepts and challenges for non-technical audiences
✅ Skill in spotting and addressing challenges early through metrics and experience
✅ Management and influence know-how within a matrix organisation
✅ Solid grasp of total cost of ownership for IT assets and functions, with the ability to make and present trade-offs
