Essential Skills:

• Experience in leading application deliver teams in an Enterprise capacity.
• A leadership style that will empower others, inspire growth and success
• Demonstrable understanding of industry standard best practices.
• The ability to provide expert technical guidance and coaching.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems and propose solutions.
• Trusted and respected as a technical leader who can influence and persuade others.
• Strong commercial, vendor management and partner relation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to non-technical staff.
• Risk management

Desired Skills:

• Experience in working in highly regulated and controlled environments (e.g. Defense)
• Experience of working within or receiving services from a managed service provider.
• Extensive years of experience in IT

Important: All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance and ITAR clearance.

Site Location: All applicants must be able to travel to the client site based in the Essex / or Fife areas; with the on site presence anticipated to be up to 5 days a month * dependant on project needs.
