Technical Product Owner
What will I be doing?
As a Product Owner, you will drive our Customer Data Platform (CDP) vision. You'll play a pivotal role in our flagship Customer Data Foundations Programme, responsible for CDP capabilities across both our Airlines and Holidays businesses.
Your goal is to create a roadmap that unlocks value for our business by leveraging customer data.
What do we need from you?
We would love to speak to candidates that are able to:
- Implement the customer data strategy
- Develop a transformational CDP capability roadmap
- Collaborate with users to define CDP requirements
- Define the CDP product vision
- Maintain a dynamic product roadmap and backlog
- Oversee the CDP product creation process
- Collaborate with data science and technology teams
- Manage relationships with 3rd parties to expand data capabilities
- Ensure solutions are compliant and well-documented
The key experience we would love to find would be:
- Industry knowledge of Customer Data Platform capabilities
- Experience using a CDP, either mParticle, Tealiam or Zeoptap or similar
- Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Technical expertise in platforms and architecture
- GDPR and data regulation knowledge
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Customer-centric and commercially aware
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
