Introduction

• Our client is looking for Senior/Principal Planning Officer to join a busy team on a contract basis.

IR35 status:

• Inside IR35

Pay rate

• £45-55 per hour

Job description

Derbyshire.

• 3 month initial contract
• Complex and major applications
• 37 hours per week
• Office attendance every Wednesday

Working conditions / environment:

• Hybrid/flexible working
• Site visits when required
• Communicating feedback to the general public.
• Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
• Laptop will be provided.
