We're looking for a Director of Software Engineering to head up a small, experimental team that is tackling the challenges of pricing models on a digital marketplace.

There will be the opportunity to build out your team, though the early stages of this role will be centred on exploring technologies and strategies - highly experimental.

Sound interesting? Here's what you'll need to bring:

• Experience in leading web / software engineering teams
• A background including at least one digital marketplace - any sector in which you've brought vendors and consumers together
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing models and structures - an acute awareness of optimising revenue streams
• Knowledge of data science and API architecture

This role can be based on a hybrid model from Oxford or London, with a minimum requirment to attend in-person workshops on a monthly basis.
