Job description
My client license, regulate, advise and provide guidance to the individuals and businesses that offer gambling in Great Britain.
They are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to deliver a high standard of technical support in order to keep gambling fair and safe for all.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an escalation point for our 1st and 2nd line engineers and contribute to continued improvement and efficiency
- Work alongside Information Security colleagues to ensure the Commission's systems are robust and kept updated through a proactive programme of maintenance
- Write and maintain IT documentation, ensuring that it is relevant and kept up to date for various audiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Administration of Microsoft Azure including Azure AD, Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint Online (incl. OneDrive), Exchange Online, Teams, Security and Compliance
- Identity Management (AD, AAD, ADFS, SAML
This is a hybrid role with time spent in the Birmingham Office and home working
In addition to a salary of up to £37000, my client offers a Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 27% as well as flexible working and 26 days holiday with an option to buy up to an additional 5 days.
