Job description

The company are looking a number of project managers to work across multiple projects within a growing division. Whether you are a well seasoned project manager looking to make your next career move, or a junior project manager looking to get more development and exposure, the company can support you!

Junior Project Manager: Perhaps you've had exposure to a project management environment, whether that's as a PMO analyst, Project Planner or within a support project function role; our client is open to considering candidates to train and develop into a full project management position.

Mid Level - Senior Project Manager: Our client are equally looking for experienced Project Managers to lead across a number of projects within a reputable and busy project function.

Essential experience needed:

• Experience working within a project management or related role / function.
• An action-oriented person who drives results with strong customer focus
• Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills

Desirable:

• Holds Project Management qualification (PMI, APM or global equivalent)
• Education to Degree Level desired
• Experience in the full project lifecycle
• Ownership of tactical/operational plans for the projects assigned. Ensuring robust control of project costs, margin, completion estimates, revenue and if required reporting Earned Value
• Manage project scope and perform integrated change control
• Create and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Execution of projects throughout project life cycle in accordance with defined time, budget, and quality objectives.
• Experience in the delivery of engineering projects.

Important: All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance *minimum 5 years UK residency*

Site Location: All applicants must be located locally, or able to relocate to the client site based in the Dorset areas (Relocation assistance available *T&C's apply)

Working: The role is office/hybrid based with occasional travel to other company/customer's sites in the UK or abroad.
