Job description

As the compound manager your role will be to ensure it is run safely and it is maintained in line with health and safety regulations. Further duties will include:
* Monitor site behaviours and activity and provide daily reports on activities, practices and non-conformances.
* Conduct site inductions
* Monitor site consumables and and welfare provisions
* Take responsibilities for all deliveries
* Ensure traffic management is maintained
* Manage site registers and all visitors have signed in and out

To be considered for this role candidates will need:
* To be able to demonstrate previous compound management
* Hold a valid PTS and be sponsored by Matchtech Rail
* Ideally hold a driving license
