What you'll be doing:

As a Senior Technical Management Engineer, you will be able to lead a team of experienced engineers. Using your expertise in Systems engineering, you will take a leading role interfacing with our customers, understanding their requirements and keeping them involved during product development. You'll be able to influence a diverse and highly skilled community of engineers, whilst also interfacing with non-engineering functions across the business. You will oversee integration of systems at all lifecycle stages and manage the resource planning of various engineering and non-engineering teams through the product development lifecycle to ensure our engineering product meets expected standards.

Your skills and experiences:

·Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle
·Experience leading a team of engineers
·Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering experience
·Experience of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
·Experience managing teams within a project environment
·Experience with Configuration Management, ideally experienced with Siemens Teamcentre PLM
