Job description

Specific Responsibilities
· Manage the process of Preparation and distribution of Method Statements and RA's for the works
· Where Appointed by the PM, completing the appendices to the construction phase plan
· H&S Management on site including ownership of delivery of Tool Box Talks and Daily Activity Briefings (DABs)
· Chairing of site 4 week look-ahead meetings or Last Planner Meetings
· Supply chain site management
· Management of on-site works of Stats companies (where appropriate)
· Management of Site Records
· Planning of works in accordance with the latest Construction programme
· Labour, Plant and Material returns
· Progress Photos as works progress
· Issuing Site Correspondence (EWN's, TQ's) either direct to Client or to PM/ QS team for further distribution within contracted timescales
· Filling in of Site Diary (BIM360 or paper)
· Collate information in relation to ITP's and O&M's
· Liaise with public, public liaison officer and other stake holders on day to day basis.
· Following commencement of works on site, prepare and issue materials and sub contract requisitions
· Check and sign sub contract applications issued by the QS
· Updating of BIM360 as project progresses (ie dwg amendments and site records) including hard copies on site
· Issuing of amended site information (dwgs and specifications) to affected supply chain via Site Instruction
· Preparing and issue of weekly lookahead Streetworks notices. Closing out the project with the streetworks team on completion
· Filling in of relevant Operational sections of Monthly Progress report and issue to the PM in a timely manner
· Preparation and issue of Permits to Dig; including closure of permits
· Preparation and issue of Hot works Permits; including closure of permits
· Provide input into the Project Handover Files in a timely manner to ensure the close out process is effectively managed, including:
· Responsible for co-ordinating red line dwgs (X Revs) for onward transmittal to the Designers and managing of the As-built drawings process (Z revs)
· Responsible for collating information for issuing to PCC for the handover of the works
· To liaise with the full supply chain and ensure that information is collected in a timely fashion in accordance with the close out programme and procedures. All information will be fully reviewed to ensure it is relevant and appropriate for the subject it covers.
· Attend all T-4 and T-2 handover meetings and advise the Client and Project Manager as to progress for achieving full and final handover documentation in line with the completion of the works
