About the Company:
Our client is a leading aerospace service provider who manufactures hose assemblies, facility rigid tube assemblies, quick disconnect couplings, swivels, V-band couplings, band straps, instrument mount clamps, formed flanges, machined flanges and flex joints and ducts.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting a diverse range of products throughout various phases of transition and manufacturing. Whether working independently or collaboratively within a team, you will be responsible for executing specific assigned tasks, addressing challenges alongside other engineering and cross-functional disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing the schedule and activities related to the transition of new products.
- Collaborating closely with project teams to define capital equipment and tooling requirements for both new and existing projects.
- Developing, establishing, and validating manufacturing processes in alignment with product, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Creating and modifying documentation and procedures to support essential production processes.
- Investigating and resolving production issues through the application of RCCA analysis and the 8D methodology.
- Offering technical support for safety and ergonomics, specifically related to the project(s).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and creating/modifying tooling drawings using AutoCAD/Catia V5.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing practices such as Lean Manufacturing and Total Preventative Maintenance is preferred.
- Previous exposure to roll forming, CNC, machinery, and/or bench forming is advantageous.
Skills:
- Solid technical expertise to plan, design, and implement aerospace-compliant manufacturing processes for the assembly and testing of conveyance products.
- Knowledge and understanding of various manufacturing processes.
This role involves the handling of information and access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be capable of complying with this requirement.
