Technical Business Systems Analyst - CRM
What will I be doing?
Implementing & maintaining efficient systems to fuel our strategy.
Acting as a bridge between business & IT, offering tech managers SME analysis services to enhance customer offerings.
Driving innovation by exploring tech advancements for consistent and improved IT system use.
Role Requirements
- Gain intimate knowledge of people, processes, & systems in the domain.
- Understand business needs, assess impact of changes, and document requirements.
- Conduct structured analysis to define capability gaps using known techniques (context, business process & use case modelling)
- Prioritise & define all requirement types.
Ideal Experience:
- Experienced in CRM systems
- Practical business analysis experience.
- Proven track record in delivering quality analysis for project success.
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile requirement approaches.
- Exceptional relationship management & stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Technical expertise from programming or database admin roles.
- Experience with mParticle or Amaze would be an advantage
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of two days per week onsite in Luton Airport
