Join Us as a Technical Architect - Customer Management Centres
What will I be doing:
Join our Customer Services Technology team, dedicated to delivering and supporting critical platforms for our agents across Asia, Europe, and Africa. You'll lead technical discussions with IT, business, and partners to implement innovative solutions enhancing customer experiences.
We're a fast-paced, high-volume business relying on robust IT systems. We're seeking a Technical Architect to drive detailed design solutions within the Customer Management Centre (CMC) Technology team. Your role focuses on aligning architecture to meet evolving business needs and working with our outsourced suppliers.
What do we need from you:
We are looking for candidates that can help us;
- Develop and maintain technical architecture artefacts for In-flight retail technology
- Lead design artefacts creation and maintenance across product life cycles
- Collaborate to design solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and patterns in alignment with enterprise standards
- Provide technical guidance and assurance, ensuring adherence to agreed standards
- Identify opportunities for business value in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Contribute throughout the development life cycle, ensuring adherence to technical architecture standards
- Collaborate with development teams, occasionally involving travel
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Extensive experience as a Technical Architect with a methodical approach
- Understanding of design best practices, security, and performance
- Ability to evaluate new technologies and manage vendor processes
- Experience in distributed agile models and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in analysis and development techniques, including SCRUM, Agile & Waterfall
- Knowledge of modelling languages (e.g., UML, BPMN, ArchiMate)
- Managing and delivering through third-party suppliers
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Customer Services Architecture and cloud-native solutions
- Background in architecture design with a focus on security and risk assessment
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
