Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of water sector equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
• Keep accurate records of service activities, equipment status, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in field service engineering within the water sector.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with water treatment systems, pumps, and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing priorities effectively.
