Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of water sector equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Keep accurate records of service activities, equipment status, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in field service engineering within the water sector.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with water treatment systems, pumps, and control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing priorities effectively.
