Job Title: Temporary Stores/Warehouse Operative (Late Shift)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Temporary Stores/Warehouse Operative to join our team on a 4-month contract for a late shift position. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, organizing warehouse space, and ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and properly store incoming products
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high accuracy in stock handling
• Organize warehouse space for optimal utilization
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety guidelines
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers effectively
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding the warehouse operation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role preferred
• Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work the specified late shift hours (12:00 PM - 11:00 PM) four days a week (Tuesday to Friday)
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
