Job Summary

My client is seeking a talented and driven Full-Stack Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be involved in both front-end and back-end development, working on innovative and high-quality solutions to meet the company's business needs. As a key part of the team, you'll help architect and build the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously evolving your skills. The Role

• Design and develop the core platform, ensuring top performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Contribute to the technical architecture, focusing on building fault-tolerant, distributed systems in AWS.

• Optimize platform performance, improving load times, scalability, and responsiveness on both the front-end and back-end.

• Collaborate across teams, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to meet user and business needs.

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and testing.

• Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to evolving the tech stack, including front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud technologies, and design patterns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 3+ years post-graduation experience, ideally in a fast-moving tech startup environment.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).

• Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and frameworks.

• Skills:

  • Experience building applications using cloud technologies, particularly AWS.

  • Strong understanding of React and web fundamentals, including the virtual DOM, concurrent programming, web performance analysis, managing re-renders, and SSR.

  • Proficient with Git.

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write documentation and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
