Salesforce Product Owner - Customer & Operations
What will I be doing:
Drive innovation in an Agile environment as a specialist Product Owner, taking ownership of the Salesforce solution for our Customer & Operations team. Own the roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
What do we need from you:
- Lead the vision and delivery of the Customer & Operations Salesforce product.
- Define and prioritize the Product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly User Stories.
- Empower and prioritize daily tasks for the Product team.
- Provide Salesforce administration support for the Customer & Operations team.
- Establish governance structures for effective Product management.
- Communicate Salesforce updates to internal governance structures.
- Represent the voice of the customer through interpreting user data and feedback.
- Collaborate with the wider product owner community for optimal business outcomes.
- Define and measure metrics to track usage and performance, ensuring business value realization.
Key skills required:
- Quickly integrate with the business and identify product development opportunities.
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum approach.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-team effectiveness.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy delivery.
- Experience setting product strategy and measuring progress against metrics.
- Previous travel industry experience advantageous.
- Positive attitude in fast-moving, pressurized environments.
