Job description

This client is involved in all major civils and engineering sectors. Working in exciting areas such as MOD and regulated Water Industry.

This position will support project delivery across all their activities.

Impact and Key Deliverables

• Technical reviews of projects
• Preparation of site inspection, testing and commissioning plans
• Supervision and liasing with clients on commissioning activities
• Supervision of subcontractors and monitoring safety during commissioning activities
• Ensure all SHEQ/ISO/IMS documentation is complied with
• Assist in producing completion documents and asset handback
• Attend meetings as and when required

Knowledge and Skills Required

• HND or HNC in either civils, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of the CDM2015 regulations
• Industry skills card with a minimum 5yrs experience
• IOSH awareness
• Excellent keyboard skills proficient in MS Office 365 including Project
• Full UK Driving license
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer/ client focus
• Timely submission of ITP proposal documents and clarifications
• Provide mentoring and support to the engineering function

Comply with the delivery function end to end process including but not limited to;

• Attend meetings with work colleagues and clients
• Compliance with all the companies procedures and processes
• Compliance with all contractual engineering requirements
• Monitor project engineering performance for post contract reviews and change management implementation
• Monthly reporting on engineering projects to project manager
