As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our Lead Software Engineer to shape and enhance cloud ecosystem hosted on Azure and orchestrated with Terraform. Unlike in larger corporations, you won't be just another cog in the wheel; your contributions will be instrumental in bringing our innovative products to market.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Lead Software Engineer to develop and optimise our cloud infrastructure.

Enhance Docker Images to streamline reporting processes.

Design and implement integration tests for our data collection and reporting systems.

Develop APIs to facilitate seamless integration with our cloud infrastructure.

Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing software solutions.

Requirements:

Proven commercial software experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in cloud-based solutions and services.

Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Understanding of time-series data and structured databases.

Knowledge of virtualization and containerisation technologies such as Docker.

Familiarity with CAN Bus is advantageous.

Exposure to C++ and Terraform is a plus.
