To maintain the administration whilst working alongside the Planners and Supervisors. Providing timely updates to customers. Ensuring the gangs have their work set up and to work closely with the commercial team.

Job Title: Civils Administrator | Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Location: Fairlee, Newport, Isle of Wight

Job description

Role Summary:

  • Daily management of the work group for civils
  • Ensure gangs have work sent to phone in a timely manner
  • Send supervisors/gangs sewer maps and utility drawings
  • Update and manage the Civils work list for the County
  • Update customers by telephone and keep CSMS updated
  • Close completed work orders in time for billing
  • Answer enquiries via email from the client
  • Provide admin support to other counties when required
  • Be part of a 1 in 4 call out rota to provide drawings to operatives in emergencies
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

Experience Required:

  • Excellent Customer service skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Maps (O/S)
  • Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
