Job description

As a Data Processor in the Accounts Payable department, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient processing of a high volume of invoices. This 6-month contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Processing: The primary responsibility involves the accurate and timely processing of a large volume of invoices. This includes verifying and entering data into the system with a high level of precision.
  2. Data Management: Utilise your experience in data management to ensure that all information is accurately recorded and maintained. This involves organising and categorising data to facilitate efficient retrieval.
  3. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy of processed data, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in Data Management: A background in data management and processing is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with handling large volumes of data accurately is highly desirable.
  2. Data Entry Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in data entry skills, ensuring not only speed but also accuracy in processing information.
  3. Attention to Detail: The ability to pay meticulous attention to detail is crucial in order to catch and rectify any errors in the data processing stage.
  4. Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines and ensure the timely processing of invoices within the specified timeframe.
  5. Flexibility: The role requires flexibility within standard office hours (8am - 4.30pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 1pm on Fridays), allowing you to adapt to the needs of the workload.
