Job description

We have a number of opportunities for experienced industrial painters on a high-profile contract at Barrow In Furness.

We are looking for Painters, Sprayers and Blasters.

Suitable candidates must hold an ICATS or Train the Painter (Coating Applicator) qualification and have at least 3 years' experience working in marine and/or industrial environments.

All candidates must be eligible for UK Security clearance.
Full SC is required due to the nature of the contract, with BPSS being the initial requirement before a start date is offered. If you hold SC currently this can be transferred if not already held at Barrow with an immediate start date available.

Role Requirements:
ICATS or Train the Painter in date card
Preparation and painting specifications
Hand and mechanical preparation techniques
Painting techniques
Coating repair systems
Baseline/SC Security clearance preferred but can be obtained.
Minimum 3 years' experience

Rates:
£21.50/h Mon - Fri
£25/h weekday OT
£32/h Weekend OT
£30/h Nightshift


You can expect to work well over 50 hours+ a week (most likely 7 days available)

The contract is on going/long term.
