Business Change Manager

Here's what you'll be doing:

As a Business Change Manager, you'll lead the embedding of change initiatives within our strategic portfolio. Your role involves delivering various change services to drive engagement, adoption, and embedding of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted partner to Project Sponsors and Business leads, leading and owning business change services and activities.

- Co-create engaging change stories and visions, driving alignment with our corporate strategy.

- Think and act holistically, ensuring alignment and synergy across change programmes.

- Employ appropriate change management methodologies for smooth transitions.

- Develop tailored change plans, including impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.

- Create and deliver creative interventions to accommodate stakeholder needs.

- Provide change assurance and guidance to programme/project teams.

- Lead communication and engagement activities, including developing strategies and tactical delivery.

- Manage business change measurement and progress tracking.

- Contribute to the development of easyJet's business change practice.

Key Skills:

- Resilient and able to work under pressure, handling complexity and ambiguity.

- Experienced in leading change using various delivery methods (agile, waterfall, hybrid).

- Certified in change management with end-to-end change management experience.

- High flexibility with a proven record of leading successful cultural, process, and transformational changes.

- Curious with a strong desire to understand business problems and change impacts.

- Detailed knowledge of business environments and direct hands-on business experience preferable.

- Skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

- Self-starter mentality with a strong ability to make things happen.
