We are looking for an IT Product Manager to join our client, a leading global technology company that specializes in providing Digital Products and services for the Freight and Logistics industry. They are in the middle of an ambitious transformation and growth plan to bring freight online, and become the world's largest global freight marketplace. Their offering includes various enterprise SaaS products (marketplaces) and data subscription services, designed to streamline supply chain processes (air, ocean and road).

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to streamline complex systems with a blend of technical expertise, exceptional coordination skills, and unwavering determination. You will play a crucial role in the product team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery-a critical factor for a freight technology company.

Responsibilities:

• Fully understand client needs and address issues efficiently. Translate high-level product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Facilitate collaboration across various disciplines, including data, marketing, operations, customers, and sales. You will ensure that all stakeholders have a voice and work cohesively.
• Work closely with the R&D team to oversee the product development process, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate product releases with internal teams, including training and communication of any potential setbacks.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization skills, effectively evaluating and communicating trade-offs when making difficult decisions.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience as a Product, Project, or Program Manager. Able to write technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Previous experience working alongside development teams on IT products/projects.
• Adaptability to change; enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively; strong ability to present technical information to diverse audiences and actively listen to feedback.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data for decision making.
• Experience with API's, SYNC.
