Building Control opportunity - South London

 

Introduction

 

Our client, a leading building control services provider in the HTP industry, is currently seeking a skilled Building Control Surveyor to join their team. This is a permanent position based in the North Surrey areas, with all projects located within a 10-mile radius, making it a great opportunity for local candidates. The company focuses mainly on domestic projects and is currently expanding their team.

 

You will need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Control
• Knowledge of relevant building regulations and legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for building control purposes.
• Registered or in the process of getting registered at class 2.

 

Working conditions / environment:

• Flexible working with the option to work from home full time.
