Job description
- To support the Sellafield DDP Framework in Cumbria.
- We require a Project Engineering Manager to take the lead on our projects in the design phase (supported by the PM). Full time for circa 18 months
- Description of Duties:
- Coordinate and manage multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver FEED and Detailed Engineering Packages
- The work covers all disciplines, with the majority of work performed by Sub-Contractors. We have projects for new buildings, demolition, decommissioning, CE&I & Mechanical Installs.
- Dependent on the project size/complexity there would be a Responsible Engineer for each discipline, and the PEM would then manage that integration.
- Civils is the predominant discipline, but a discipline bias is not essential.
- Requires regular time at the Westlakes Office project location, 3 days per week minimum but can be discussed.
- Skills & Experience:
- Experience of managing multidiscipline teams during the FEED and EPC stages of Nuclear sector or similar Projects.
- SC Clearance required (or ability to achieve)
