What You'll Do

As a key member of our Project Control Organisation, you will:

• Coordinate and Maintain: Oversee the KSA Typhoon Support Project Control within our UK-based Project Control Office.
• Lead Discussions: Represent our contract team in crucial cost performance discussions with the SDU.
• Problem Solving: Analyze project data to identify potential issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Contract Integration: Lead the integration and closure of contracts across the PCO, ensuring UK deliverables and commitments are met.
• Legacy Contracts: Engage with Eurofighter to expedite the closure of legacy SSS contracts.
• Risk Management: Assist in identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Support Mobilisation: Aid in the mobilisation of complex in-service support contracts in line with the BAE Air Sector.

What We're Looking For

You will need:

• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in creating and understanding nested formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, and charts.
• Analytical Abilities: Ability to produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly status reports from diverse data sources.
• Risk Management Expertise: Demonstrable experience or a solid understanding of risk, opportunity, and change management.
