Job description

Provide support with monitoring the services, resolving incidents, implementing customer requests, delivering on projects, and providing operational support & services.

This role would be best suited to an individual who has experience with supporting & monitoring a large Infrastructure environment, someone who has proven experience troubleshooting issues within a large (3000+VM's, 300 + Esxi Hosts, Multi-Region) environment.

• 1 day a week on site (near Canary Wharf)
• Salary 55k (may be a push for the right candidate!)
• Looking for someone to ONLY support (no need for design, architecture or client consulting)
• Support a large number of servers (3-4000)
• British passport holder due to nature of clearance needed after probation period
• PURE technical support for Infrastructure.
