Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the work of four inspectors to ensure high standards of operation
• Managing and coordinating the activities of assigned drivers
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and operational regulations
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members
• Conducting regular inspections and reports on highway conditions
• Implementing and monitoring maintenance programs
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to highway projects

Job Requirements:

• Experience in highway projects and related technical work
• Proficiency in managing and supervising technical teams
• Strong understanding of highway maintenance and inspection processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce comprehensive reports
