Your mission

• Lead the architecture area within the Technology Directorate of a leading banking entity.
• Ensure a strategic vision and short, medium, and long-term strategy for existing technology assets.
• Define strategies and support development areas in choosing products, tools, and technologies.
• Act as the contact point with the architecture area in Spain to share and implement solutions.
• Support the technology area in adopting agile development methodologies.
• Define technology modules forming the technological platform.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Responsible of Architecture.
• + 5 years of Stakeholders Management.

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of various technology domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and telecommunications.
• Solid technical background in distributed architectures and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in cloud solution architectures and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in development frameworks: Spring Framework, Groovy, Grails, Hibernate, Struts, Android, iOS.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and business processes using BPM tools.
• Skilled in a variety of development tools: Eclipse, JIRA, Maven/Gradle, Nexus, Jenkins, GIT, Visual Studio, RAD.
• Expertise in FrontEnd technologies: HTML, JSF, JSP, Angular, CSS, React, React Native.
• Advanced knowledge in developing distributed systems with concurrency and parallelism.
• Experience in low-level Java Virtual Machine monitoring (Thread Dump analysis, Memory Leaks).
• Proficiency in backend integration technologies (Enterprise Service Bus, JCA) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in designing and administering relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of search engine implementation: Apache Solr, Elastic Search.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and automated testing tools: SOAP-UI, Selenium, Junit.
• Experience with rule engines: Jrules, ODM, or equivalent.
• Development experience in multiple programming languages: Java, Swift, Python, .NET.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ethical integrity and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and a commitment to quality.
