Job summary
Our client is working on numerous Rail projects out of Leeds & Dublin. They're looking for either a Senior, Principal or Associate and the job description below is flexible around responsibilities depending on your grade. You MUST be chartered.

Job description
- Senior to Principle geotechnical engineer (preferred), up to Associate geotechnical engineer
- Around 5-10 years of exp as an indication of seniority
- Able to conduct analysis and produce documents hands-on
- (for Principal or above) Able to lead a small technical team
- Leeds based or Dublin based preferred over London based.
- Strong technical skills in the design of foundations and other geotechnical constructions
- The following technical skills/experience are preferred, in order of descending priority:
- Piles in Chalk and Glacial Till
- Offshore design, preferably windfarm and port
- Railway, depot and station design
- Embankments and cuttings
- Ground treatment/improvement
- Has the aspiration to establish and grow a local team in the near future
