Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate incoming warranty requests from customers
• Provide proactive solutions and proposals to clients
• Coordinate, monitor, and supervise service activities, occasionally on location
• Ensure proper technical preparation of assignments
• Attend various client projects such as warranty support and client visits
• Provide customers with advice, both verbal and written
• Ensure proper planning in time, personnel, and budget

Job Requirements:

• Engineering qualification at bachelor's level or equivalent working level
• Proven experience in a service organisation related to maritime, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Solid project management and service skills
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Effective communication and advisory skills with both team members and external stakeholders
• Initiative and project management skills
• Hands-on experience in the maritime sector, including operations, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
• Flexible and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to influence and manage expectations
