Our client, a leader in the banking sector, is currently seeking a SAP HR Functional Consultant to join their team in the retail banking division. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Human Resources Department, focusing on unifying various HR-related software into a cohesive SAP system.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementing and configuring SAP HR modules such as Employee Center, Success Factors, Concur, Time Tracking, and Compensation and Benefits
- Analysing current HR software and applications to provide strategic migration solutions to SAP
- Leading the integration of approximately 20 HR-related applications into a unified SAP environment
- Collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient transition to SAP
- Managing and documenting all aspects of the implementation process
Requirements
- Experience in implementing SAP HR modules
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Understanding of HR processes and requirements in a retail banking context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Nice to have: technical background (ETL, programming)
