Our client, a leader in the banking sector, is currently seeking a SAP HR Functional Consultant to join their team in the retail banking division. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Human Resources Department, focusing on unifying various HR-related software into a cohesive SAP system.

Key responsibilities:

• Implementing and configuring SAP HR modules such as Employee Center, Success Factors, Concur, Time Tracking, and Compensation and Benefits
• Analysing current HR software and applications to provide strategic migration solutions to SAP
• Leading the integration of approximately 20 HR-related applications into a unified SAP environment
• Collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient transition to SAP
• Managing and documenting all aspects of the implementation process

Requirements

• Experience in implementing SAP HR modules
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Understanding of HR processes and requirements in a retail banking context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Nice to have: technical background (ETL, programming)
