Job description
Our client, a leading player in the retail banking sector, is seeking a Reporting and Optimisation Specialist to join their Human Resources Department in the Information Management Area. This is a permanent role within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining data from various databases and information sources to standardise it for reporting purposes
- Creating internal, external, and regulatory reports required by the HR Department
- Unifying information across different HR areas and producing easily accessible reports
- Building strong relationships within the HR Department to understand and extract necessary data
- Identifying opportunities to enhance methods and applications to improve daily work and reporting within the HR Department
- Implementing best practices and providing training and on-the-job support to enhance efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis and SQL
- Proficiency in data extraction, ETL processes, and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and build trust within the HR Department
- Understanding of reporting needs in a regulated banking environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
