Job description

Our client, a leading player in the retail banking sector, is seeking a Reporting and Optimisation Specialist to join their Human Resources Department in the Information Management Area. This is a permanent role within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtaining data from various databases and information sources to standardise it for reporting purposes
• Creating internal, external, and regulatory reports required by the HR Department
• Unifying information across different HR areas and producing easily accessible reports
• Building strong relationships within the HR Department to understand and extract necessary data
• Identifying opportunities to enhance methods and applications to improve daily work and reporting within the HR Department
• Implementing best practices and providing training and on-the-job support to enhance efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Experience in data analysis and SQL
• Proficiency in data extraction, ETL processes, and Excel
• Ability to work autonomously and build trust within the HR Department
• Understanding of reporting needs in a regulated banking environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
