Workday Consultant / Lead
What will you be doing:
After an initial Workday implementation easyJet have been developing and investing in new areas of functionality to deliver a ROI and to compliment changing business needs.
We are seeking a Workday Lead / Consultant who can work within a fast moving, challenging agile environment. We are seeking a contractor for an initial two-month period, likely to be extended, who can assist in driving the Workday program and deliver the required outcomes.
What de we need from you:
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience.
- Experience implementing Workday HCM into complex organisations (Comp, Absence, Business Process, Reporting, Integration's)
- Strong previous experience as a Senior functional consultant in an HR environment implementing HCM Workday modules, challenging the business requirements and ultimately delivering, documenting and testing the solution that meets the needs of the business.
- Experience of eliciting and documenting business requirements across the entire Workday domain: from Integration's to business processes.
- Ideally, experience within the HR domain, or consulting within an HR setting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with an ability to build credible working relationships
- Strong experience using structured BA techniques to define current state situations to transform requirements into designs.
- Experience of design, build, test and delivery of system developments and reporting (product lifecycle)
- Knowledge of HR and IT business processes and terminology
- Supplier management skills - gravitas to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience with Workday HCM, Taleo Recruitment, Agresso Business World
- Experience with administration of SQL Server Integration Services
