Civil Engineering Director (Design Consultants) - Hampshire

Salary: £70k - £90k plus package

Join a leading UK multi-disciplinary consultancy with 25 years of success in designing and delivering major infrastructure schemes. This privately owned firm boasts a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, retail, public, and infrastructure sectors. Their notable projects include new towns with up to 8000 homes, schools, leisure centers, public buildings, and business parks. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineering Director down in the Ringwood offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and delivery of various infrastructure schemes for prestigious developments across the country.
• Oversee highway design (s278/s38), drainage design (s104/s98), foul pumping stations, SUDS, flow control, structures, and balancing facilities.
• Handle residential and commercial external works, including earthworks assessments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the region.
• Drive business development initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director.
