The Recruiter will be placing candidates into both contract and permanent opportunities within an active and responsive market in both US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels
- Plan and conduct regular business development activities with current clients
- Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative attraction strategies
- Generate, follow-up and share client and candidate leads
- Manage candidates and clients through the recruitment process
- Work with teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs and objectives
- Demonstrate commitment to candidate care and database development
- Utilise Delivery or Trainee Consultants to fulfil client requirements
- Uphold high standards of data integrity across records
- Build a network of clients and candidates, becoming the 'go-to' Sales Consultant for your area
- Share technical and market knowledge with colleagues, clients and candidates
- Work with your team to ensure team targets and objectives are met
