Job description

Our client, a leading entity in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Support Analyst for a 12 month fixed-term contract role. Hybrid working from offices in Surrey, this position involves working within IT analysis and sales, particularly focused on supporting internal business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process global single ERP system transactions, from preparing quotations to project completion
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and service deliveries
• Conduct monthly / annual business performance forecasting and reporting via Excel
• Month-end closing activities including invoicing and payments to customers and suppliers
• Collaborate with asset manager for IT assets management within internal databases

Job Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Analyst, with a strong understanding of sales functions in a technological context
• Proven experience with SAP system and process management
• Computing/technical skills and excellent use of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (essential)
• Ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple subsidiaries
• Awareness of multicultural working environments
