Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation and Process Improvement:
• Develop and enhance automation scripts and pipelines to increase automation levels and reduce manual tasks using Ansible, Terraform, Git, Bash, or other tools.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Cloud Engineering Team to design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring smooth cloud infrastructure operations.
• Development and Documentation:
• Develop new specifications, documentation, and participate in the creation of technical procedures and user support guides.
• Customer Support:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via the service desk and find solutions to automate common requests.

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level deployment and operation of applications using IaaS and PaaS on Microsoft Azure.
• Deep knowledge of cloud core services (networking, security, storage, RBAC/IAM) and PaaS services, their operation, configuration options, and Blueprint creation.
• Extensive experience with Terraform, Git, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively in an international environment. Proficiency in English is a must.
• Work Ethic:
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Support Experience:
• Experience working in L2 and L3 support roles.
