Organisation Design Partner
Our client is seeking an Organisational Transformation Change Consultant for a contract position.
As an Organisational Design Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Organisation Design and various stakeholders to implement organisational design principles and practices that align with the company's strategic objectives.

What will you be doing:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the OD strategy, aligning the organisation with the desired 'future state'.
- Act as an expert on OD principles and industry best practices, providing guidance and coaching to enhance in-house OD capabilities.
- Lead OD and target operating model initiatives for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide insights on core capabilities and in/outsourcing strategies.
- Evaluate and refine design principles and tools within existing frameworks to support strategic outcomes.
- Conduct periodic assessments of the organisation's operating model 'health' using people analytics and benchmark comparisons.
- Drive efforts to simplify the organisation, integrating simplification priorities and cost-effectiveness considerations into design and development.
- Analyse organisation structures and recommend optimisation's for size, shape, and skill mix.
- Implement changes in grading practices, including work levels.
- Facilitate effective change management during large-scale organisational changes related to roles and responsibilities.
- Contribute to the development of the workforce plan, encompassing all scale drivers.
- Define key metrics to measure organisational simplification, health, and efficiency.
- Stay informed about developments in the OD profession and provide expertise to support organisational effectiveness.
- Develop and enhance organisation design and effectiveness capabilities within HR and as a leadership competency.
What do we need from you:
- Extensive experience in large-scale organisational design, ideally from design to delivery.
- In-depth understanding of best-practice organisational design and associated tools and techniques.
- Demonstrable experience in People Transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Workday
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs across different geographical locations.
- Capability to develop strategic design principles for organisational decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using technology for workforce analysis.
