Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design and assessment of bridge structures for various projects.
• Providing expert advice and technical insights on bridge engineering matters.
• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Managing project timelines and resources efficiently to meet contractual obligations.
• Conducting site inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in bridge engineering - You'll need to be Chartered.
• Strong understanding of bridge design principles and relevant engineering software.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and evaluations.
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
