We're seeking a talented Technical Service Manager to oversee technical services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong relationships with our service providers and customers. This role involves managing a team of mobile service technicians and developing service strategies to enhance the maintenance and service of our new-to-market products, which encompass mechanical, electrical, and digital technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage a team of mobile/field engineers to meet customer demands and SLAs.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair services.
  • Develop and implement aftermarket service strategies with the Head of Fleet Operations.
  • Identify and lead service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse service performance metrics.
  • Oversee inventory management of spare parts and service tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on service activities and team performance.
  • Support and audit service providers on the field as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers/technicians.
  • Qualification in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience of hands-on product maintenance.
  • Understanding of system-level engineering and the interaction between digital, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Proactive and able to meet SLA timelines.
