Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new products
• Refine and enhance procedures and processes
• Manage design requirements and supervise verification and validation of new product designs
• Apply expertise to advance the capabilities of the electronics department
• Ensure best practices for Design to Cost, Manufacture, and Test
• Participate in defining product roadmaps
• Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with suppliers
• Evaluate project tasks and estimates during concept/bid phases
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and customers

Qualifications:

• Relevant Engineering Degree in Electronics
• Experience in high and low volume product development
• Experience with both analog and digital electronic development for regulated markets is beneficial

Skills:

• Proficient in analog and digital design, adhering to industry standards and certifications
• Experience designing for harsh environments
• Independent working capability
• Six-Sigma experience is a plus
• Ability to write clear process and product documentation
