We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a Project Adminstrator to work for one of the world's leading Renewable Energy companies. Ideally they are looking for Administrators who have previous experience within an engineering company.

Job description
Our client, a leading player within the renewables sector, is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: Swindon, Baglan, Perth or Inverness
Hours: 20 - 37 / week (flexible to suit applicants)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively support the UK & Ireland construction team with day-to-day tasks.
- Organising meetings, room bookings, issuing invitations, and preparation of materials.
- Managing administrative requirements such as stress risk assessments, large scale meetings, PPE, IT, and assisting with complex team travel.
- Arranging introductions, IT equipment, and inductions for new recruits.
- Creating timed agendas, attending and taking minutes at team and project meetings, and following up on actions agreed.
- Covering for other administrators and ensuring timely handovers.
- Providing reminders for reports and chasing necessary information.
- Organising payment of team costs and exceptional items.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a team assistant - ideally within an engineering / construction company.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex diaries in a fast-paced international environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a high degree of flexibility.
- High demand for accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders from various hierarchical levels and countries.
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
- Exceptional communication skills with professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Passion for expanding knowledge and constantly learning new things.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, MS Outlook, and SAP.
- Fluent in English.
Scope of Works:
General Admin Tasks:
- Supporting the UK & Ireland construction team with day-to-day tasks.
- Organising meetings, including room bookings, issuing invitations, preparing materials, and chasing actions.
- Managing administrative tasks such as stress risk assessments, large-scale meetings, PPE, IT, and team travel.
- Arranging introductions, IT equipment, and inductions for new recruits.
- Creating timed agendas, attending, and taking minutes at meetings, and following up on actions.
- Providing cover for other administrators and ensuring timely handovers.
- Providing reminders for reports and chasing where necessary.
- Organising payment of team costs and exceptional items.
- Keeping up to date with relevant systems.
Support with Construction Project Administration:
- Typing minutes.
- Processing service entry sheets and receipting invoices promptly for payment.
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing across various areas.
- Organising liaison meetings, travel arrangements, sending invitations, and arranging room hire for meetings.
- Maintaining project spreadsheets and logs to record and reconcile costs.
