Role:
Our client, a leading company in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a SAP / Workday Specialist for a remote contract position for their team based in Luton. This exciting opportunity involves working with advanced IT systems and integrations within the defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and testing Workday integrations and advanced Workday HCM report writing
• Configuration work, unit testing, supporting broader testing initiatives, and system enhancement tasks
• Drafting comprehensive IT documentation, including hyper care
• Providing ongoing Workday support and working independently with minimal supervision
• Serving as the primary contact in high-level business meetings and controlling entire projects
• Troubleshooting Workday issues and resolving them efficiently
• Implementing Workday integration, object management, dashboard building, and integration
• Implementing housing solutions and advanced report writing

Job Requirements:

• Experience in M365, Oracle HCM, Workday, and SAP
• Strong and proven experience in Workday integration, including Workday Studio
• Understanding of SAP HR HCM functional modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, etc.)
• Experience in SAP HR HCM integrations with Workday configuration
• Working knowledge of Agile and Activate methodologies
• Proficient in both inbound and outbound integration and APIs
• Knowledge of Office 365 Apps and Workday Reporter Writer tool
• Experience with integrating third-party benefits, payroll, and allowances tools
