Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing hands-on geotechnical design for a variety of projects
• Overseeing and managing a team of 10 engineers
• Working on associated highways and residential projects
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Preparing technical reports and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations
• Maintaining and nurturing client relationships through effective communication and project delivery

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering
• Proficiency in geotechnical design principles and relevant software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in overseeing highways and residential projects
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across sectors
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Chartership, either CEng or CGeol
