Our client, a notable organisation in the public sector, is currently seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the delivery of IT services in accordance with agreed service levels and timelines
• Developing and implementing IT service management strategies
• Managing IT service incidents and ensuring timely resolution
• Conducting regular service reviews and audits to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance service delivery
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and policy requirements
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management
• Addressing user concerns and providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT Service Management
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the public sector is highly desirable
• Relevant qualifications in IT Service Management or equivalent
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
