Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and analysing software architectures for distributed solutions, particularly in environments where communications may be limited or disrupted
• Engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Assessing and validating solutions to ensure they meet critical user needs
• Eliciting and analysing customer requirements and distributing them to the engineering team
• Supporting account managers in business development activities
• Conducting user engagement and behavioural modelling
• Performing trade studies and ensuring design and delivery assurance

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of Deployed and Tactical Military Domains, including ISTAR, Communications and Information Systems (CIS), and Cyber
• Knowledge of technology domains such as software applications, middleware, AI/ML, networks, data, security, and system management
• Ability to apply architectural methods for effective technology solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create influence
• Ability to build constructive client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record in developing software solutions consistent with specified requirements
• Experience in defining robust engineering management plans and leading teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFE v6.0, Scrum, and Kanban
